About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will accurately pick and prepare beverage orders using a voice-activated system and ensure products are stacked and prepared correctly for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching item numbers using a voice audio headset system

• Stack beverage cases (up to 50 lbs) onto pallets following the required stacking pattern

• Shrink-wrap completed orders and label them properly

• Move finished pallets to the loading dock using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping tasks

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-Time Position

• Monday – Friday

• Shift Start: 1:00 PM until work is completed

• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $22.95 per hour

• After 6 Months: Increase to $24.14 per hour

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, and lift throughout the entire shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working with voice-activated headset systems

• Ability to shrink-wrap pallets manually

• Willingness to work in various warehouse temperatures (hot or cool environments)
