Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the welcoming face of United Airlines at the airport. You will assist domestic and international travelers, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their journey.
From ticket counters to departure gates, you will:

Assist with ticketing and check-in services

Support baggage handling and customer inquiries

Greet customers at the start and end of their journeys

Help resolve travel-related issues professionally and efficiently

Create a positive, friendly, and memorable airport experience
Your role is vital in delivering exceptional service with confidence and care.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
-
Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
Be comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
-
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)

Lift up to 70 lbs
-
Read, write, and speak English fluently
-
Communicate effectively with team members and flight crews
-
Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
-
Be available for day/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
-
Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
-
Maintain required clearances (including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and USPS as applicable)

Meet company uniform and appearance standards

Work 100% on-site at the airport location
Successful completion of interviews and assessments is required.

Starting Pay: $19.64 per hour
