Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with software validation protocols, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including software change requests and risk assessments.
Manage Jira boards, tickets, workflows, and tasks across multiple development projects.
Track development milestones, report progress, and support go or no-go decisions for deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
One to three years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar support roles, ideally within biotech or healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in regulated industries.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in Jira and strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485, ISO 62304, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Experience administering or configuring Jira.
Background in technical documentation management.
Exposure to risk assessments or Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of clinical systems, LIMS, or bioinformatics tools.
