About the Role:

As a Part-Time Warehouse Supervisor at UPS, you’ll train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and top-quality service. You’ll guide teams, facilitate training, resolve package concerns, and help employees thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

• Train new and current employees on job duties, safety, and productivity.

• Conduct meetings and coordinate employee evaluations with management.

• Foster positive relationships with employees, management, and customers.

• Monitor attendance and submit accurate timecards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).

• Flexible availability, up to 5 days per week.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in management preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
