Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Housekeeping EVS Associate. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in ensuring the hospital maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Sign-On Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms and assigned hospital areas

• Perform tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces

• Empty trash, medical waste containers, and transport soiled linens

• Restock supplies including paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs needed

• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks such as washing windows or walls

• Respond to requests from patients, staff, and visitors with excellent customer service

Work Environment

This role is physically active and may involve extended walking, pushing cleaning carts, and working in fast-paced hospital areas. Employees may occasionally clean specialty areas such as isolation units and must be comfortable working with approved cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Must complete background check and drug screening

• Annual Flu Vaccine required for all employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience

• Experience with hospital or institutional cleaning equipment and procedures

Additional Benefits

• Weekend shift differential: $1 per hour

• Night shift differential: 18% additional pay (when applicable)
