Graphic & Packaging Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing impactful packaging that strengthens brand identity, attracts customers on retail shelves, and reflects current consumer insights.

You will collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and production teams to develop innovative visual concepts that balance creative vision with business goals. This position requires strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and visually compelling packaging designs that enhance brand recognition and retail shelf presence.

  • Develop creative solutions aligned with brand strategy, market trends, and consumer behavior.

  • Design brand assets and visual elements that contribute to scalable brand guidelines and marketing materials.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine design solutions.

  • Maintain professional communication and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Work closely with production partners to ensure design accuracy from concept to final packaging.

  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and other departments to achieve project objectives.

  • Apply modern AI-driven tools and design techniques to enhance creative concepts when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand and packaging design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding systems and packaging design projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of packaging die-lines, printing processes, and production requirements.

  • Strong time management and project management abilities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule

Hybrid role – 3 days in office

Compensation

Salary Range: $107,000 – $156,000 per year
