We are looking for a Product Support Analyst who is passionate about technology and customer service. In this role, you will assist clients by resolving software-related issues, analyzing technical problems, and ensuring the best possible experience with our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming software support requests from clients through phone, chat, and email

Analyze and replicate reported software issues to identify root causes

Maintain accurate records of all support cases in the issue tracking system

Use internal knowledge bases and previous case histories to resolve problems efficiently

Prioritize and route issues to the appropriate support queues when necessary

Escalate complex technical issues to the next level of support with detailed documentation

Work closely with internal teams to track bug fixes and product improvements

Continuously learn and stay updated on SeatGeek products and integrations

Test and validate software issues in both production and staging environments
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in software or SaaS support

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, programming languages, or SQL is a plus

Ability to work independently and remain calm in high-pressure situations

Work Schedule

One weekend day required with rotating on-call shifts

Available shifts:

Sunday – Thursday (10 AM – 6 PM PT)

Tuesday – Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM PT)
