A well-known tax software provider, TurboTax, is hiring Customer Support Agents (Product Experts) to assist users with their tax software and provide outstanding customer service while working remotely from home.

Job Overview

As a TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with questions related to TurboTax software. You will guide users through tasks such as downloading the software, logging into their accounts, navigating features, importing documents, printing forms, filing taxes, and resolving basic tax-related inquiries.

This position offers flexible working hours, full training, and continuous support from experienced specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via calls and online communication.

• Assist users with downloading and installing TurboTax software.

• Help customers log in and navigate the platform efficiently.

• Guide users in importing documents and completing tax filing steps.

• Resolve basic tax and software-related questions.

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient approach when assisting customers.

• Participate in certification training and stay updated on product features.

• Work independently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer and internet knowledge

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous customer service or tech support experience is helpful but not required

Work Schedule

Flexible working hours are available between 8:00 AM EST and 12:00 AM EST, Monday through Sunday.
A minimum of 25 hours per week is required.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay of $24 per hour

• $405 certification bonus after completing training

• Additional $5 per hour bonus during certification period (April 9–15)
