About the Role

We are currently hiring customer-focused individuals to work remotely as TurboTax Product Experts. This work-from-home opportunity offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM EST and 12:00 Midnight EST (Monday–Sunday).

In this role, you will assist customers with:

Understanding product features
Navigating the software
Importing tax documents
Printing and filing returns
Addressing general tax-related questions

Comprehensive training and certification are provided, ensuring you are fully equipped to guide customers confidently and professionally.

Qualifications

This opportunity is open to motivated individuals from diverse backgrounds — prior accounting experience is not required.

Ideal candidates should have:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Expert, you will:

Provide support via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with login, downloading, document uploads, printing, and filing
Guide users through basic tax questions
Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during complex inquiries
Participate in ongoing training updates
Maintain performance standards and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

💲 $24 per hour competitive pay
💰 $405 certification bonus upon successful training completion
🚀 Turbo Bonus Boost: Earn an additional $5/hour from April 9–15 (minimum 8 hours per day on designated dates)
⏳ Minimum 25 hours per week (more hours available)
