Role Summary
This position centers on supporting individuals at the beginning of their benefits enrollment journey. You’ll engage with people who have already shown interest, follow a proven process, and help each conversation progress toward a clear next step. While you’ll be part of a team, you’ll manage your own schedule, conversations, and daily workflow. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with individuals who are starting the benefits enrollment process

Explain available benefit options in a clear, approachable way

Support customers through enrollment and outline what happens next

Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress

Qualifications

Comfortable taking the lead in one-on-one customer interactions

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
